HOW TO BOOK?
Step 1: Email us ([email protected]) the Fast Track Service you want to use and provide your correct personal information such as your full name, passport number, Date of Birth, nationality, flight number, and arrival time (GMT+7), your Vietnam approval letter and Make Payment for service. In case you have booked visa on arrival with us, you just need to send flight number and arrival time. If you have any changes, please announce us 24h before your departure in your country. We work 24hours a day and 7 days a week.
Step 2: Find our staff who is waiting for you at the landing visa counter to pick you up with your name on welcome board. If you don’t see our staff, please call us immediately in the hotline (+84) 906.847.588 for any help.
Step 3: Give our staff your required documents including visa approval letter, entry and exit form, passport, 2 photos and stamping fee in cash in order to help you complete entry procedure.
Step 4: Our staff will give your passport back after 5-10 minutes and escort you to baggage lounge as porter if you require. Or passing the custom check in and up outside car parking if you have car pick up (FOR VIP service).
