Happy weekend!

Regarding my staff visa on arrival, I think I prefer him to get his visa at vietnam embassy in Nigerian.

Can you please help me send the new letter for him to get his visa at vietnam embassy in Nigeria.

And please kindly send it before 5th February 2017 because of his flight will be departure on 10th feb 2017.

 Once visa is issued, it is impossible to change anything, especially the place to get visa stamped. He just can get visa on arrival now If you are afraid of any problem for him at the airport, you can use our Fast track service. Good day,

We have a party of 4 going to inspect a rig in Vietnam, application to Government Authorities has been made and our contact says the staff would be issued with visas on arrival.

Would there be any need for them to go to Abuja?

Would a document be needed as a proof that they would be granted this visas when they arrive Vietnam?
