- prices are based on currency rates set at the start of each month and may be subject to change with short notice.

Application

As an online service, we accept applications for visa services by our website, telephone, fax, e-mail. When you make an application through our payment system, it means that you accept these terms and conditions, the information on this web site and all other information given to you by us in relation to your application.

Payment

A clear fund of the full services fee should be sent and well- received by us before your Vietnam visa online application is processed. We accept payment by cheque, debit card, credit card and cash. In addition, you are responsible for any additional costs involved in making any payments or refunds including credit card surcharges and currency conversions. Consulates, government organizations or other third parties may change their prices at short or no notice. Yet, payment of your service charge does not totally guarantee that the consulate will issue a visa or visa approval letter/code.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the services at any time due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will contact you and offer you an alternative service or a full refund.

Cancellation by you

In case you need to cancel your application before submitting the payment, you must inform us by email(s) or phone call(s). Then, on receipt of your cancellation request, we will cancel your visa service without any charges.

Changes by you

Any information adjustment(s) before making the payment are not limited. Sending us an email and notice us your order ID (application ID) is also a good idea.

If you have just made the payment and found that the information you provided in the application form is not correct, you should contact us straight away and no later than 20 minutes from the time you submit your fee. At that time, it is possible that your online visa request has not yet been sent to the Vietnam Immigration Office (A18). Although we are not legally bound to accept changes that you may wish to make to your application after confirmation, we will attempt to do so without any administration charges.

After sending you your completed visa approval letter with all your information as your visa application form, we will not be responsible for any mistakes that incurs from the incorrect information provided by you. At that time, if the mistake is so important and can impact on your entry to Vietnam, you should make a new payment for a new visa approval letter as soon as possible to get it on time. Yet, you are required to submit us the accurate information by applying a new visa or informing us about the information which should be corrected.

Processing time

We will try to provide you the services that you have ordered from us within the timescales estimated in a professional and efficient manner.

In this agreement, "working" or "business" are from Monday to Friday and exclude weekends, Vietnam public holidays and some international days. For the avoidance of doubt, excluded days (also known as "non-working" days) should not be included in any calculations when estimating the timescales for the provision of your requested services.

Any visa payment received by us after 10 am will be processed in the afternoon of the same day. Similarly, any visa online payment after 16.30 pm on weekdays or at any time on Saturdays or non-working days will not be processed until the following working day.

The possibility

In some cases, we are dependent upon various third parties who are beyond our reasonable control. As such, you agree that we will not be held liable for any losses, either consequential or inconsequential, that you may potentially or actually incur due to the actions or failure of such a third party. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to meet expectations, loss of documents courier, postal or electronic delivery or communication services.

As nothing in the World is perfect, we do not fully guarantee that any visa will be issued exactly as requested or without errors or omissions. In principles, the process of issuing a visa is wholly dependent upon the Vietnam Immigration Office (visa on arrival) or relevant embassy and consulate (visa code). The visa type, validity period, conditions and restrictions is absolutely at their discretion. In this case, as the matters relate to the Government factors, we will take no responsibility for any losses, either consequential or inconsequential that you may potentially or actually incur.

Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the visa approval letter you order from us is suitable for your specific requirements and you use it for the purpose it is intended and in conformance of the laws of the issuing country.

You agree that all of the information you provide us is accurate, complete and correct. If not, this may delay the service processing, make delivery of the requested services impossible or lead to the request rejection from the Immigration Office in Vietnam and Embassy and Consulate abroad.

If we receive an application that is incorrect, incomplete or contains conflicting information, we will attempt to contact you to receive your final confirms. In some case, as your arrival date is too urgent, we will automatically send your visa application form to the Vietnam Immigration Office if we can not reach you by phone or email.

You are responsible for selecting the appropriate service processing timescales to meet your specific needs. In addition, you are required to provide all needed documents, information and payments which allow us to successfully complete your service in a timely manner.

When you make your application, you acknowledge that you have suitable insurance to cover loss caused by the delay of visa approval letter or refusal from the Vietnam Government.

Complaints

In the case you have any complaints about our services, in the first instance, please send your email to vietnamrushvisa@gmail.com. Surely, you will receive a written response within 24 hours.

Emergency case

Sometimes, the unexpected matters can happen in the Vietnam airports or Vietnam Embassy abroad. Calling us immediately for problem solving through our hotline is highly appreciated if you may encounter any trouble with the visa at airport/Embassy. If you do not, we will not be in charge of any trouble/refunding later due to this.

In case you applied for visa code, please be reminded to call the Embassy in advanced before going there in person. The purpose of this is getting to know their working hours, holiday and any supported documents which may required.

Refund policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your information was received by us, or before making the payment, you can do so without any penalties or charges by informing us via email or supporting hotline. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, if you decide to cancel after payment and the visa status being changed into processing and your visa application information has been sent to the Immigration as said above, no refund will be given and the service will be completed. The maximum refund period will last from 30-45 days as One pay need time to verify your account with others issued bank. You should contact your issued bank for specific refunding time.

Law and jurisdiction

The contract we have with every client is governed by the Vietnamese laws. This includes clients ordering from any country in the world.
